End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Global Commons mobile and web applications (the "App") provided by World Class Scholars ("WCS"). It supplements the Terms of Service.

1. License grant

WCS grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the App for your professional use as an educator, subject to this EULA and the Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App, except as permitted by law, and you may not remove proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property in it remain the property of WCS and its licensors. This EULA grants a license, not a sale.

4. Third-party stores

5. Updates

WCS may provide updates to the App; this EULA governs updates unless a new agreement is presented.

6. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the App.
