Terms of Service

Welcome to the Global Commons, operated by World Class Scholars ("WCS"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Global Commons

The Global Commons is a professional platform for educators. You must be a professional educator and able to form a binding agreement to use it. The platform is not intended for students or children.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content and contributions

  • You retain ownership of the content you create.
  • Resources on the platform are collaborative: by sharing a resource you allow other educators to view it and to suggest edits, and you grant WCS the license needed to host and display your contributions.
  • When you accept a suggested edit, the contributor is credited.
  • You grant other users and WCS a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use content you make available on the platform for the purpose of operating it.

4. Acceptable use

Be respectful and professional. Do not post unlawful, infringing, harmful, or harassing content; do not misuse the platform, attempt to access it without authorization, or disrupt it.

5. Free service; changes

The Global Commons is provided free of charge. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; we will post the current version here.

6. Disclaimers & liability
